Classes will be cancelled upon The Education and Manpower Bureau’s announcement on school closure (at 6:00 a.m.) on days when weather is not permitted. Should Typhoon Signal No. 8 be hoisted, all children in classes will be dismissed. CTW Instructors will contact parents to arrange immediate pick-up (always ensure contact information is clearly listed/updated on this Registration Form). Make-up classes will be available within one calendar year. All progressing classes will continue when the Red/ Black Rainstorm Signal is hoisted. For safety reasons, parents’ discretion is strongly recommended on children’s attendance under adverse weather conditions.

Cancellations received eight (8) weeks prior to the start of the session are eligible for a refund minus a $500.00 charge per session cancelled. Cancellations made after this date are not eligible for a refund. Days missed for non-medical reasons cannot be refunded. Days missed due to illness are eligible for make-up days provided a doctor’s certificate is provided and space is available.

Publicity: CTW reserves the right to photograph all classes and use the pictures for pulicity purposes. Should you object to the use of your photo or your child photo in the promotional materials, please inform the office in writing at the time of registration.
